- Click "Forgot your password?" underneath the sign in information and follow the instructions to have a new password sent to your account email address.
Where do I download the digital material I purchased?
- Sign into your John Maxwell Store account by clicking the "Sign In" link at the top of the screen.
- Click "Completed Orders" under the "My Account" tab.
- Click "Download Files" (in parentheses).
- Click the file(s) you want to download to either Open or Save your file(s).
How do I access my receipt.
Log into you account and click My Account.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
Free Shipping promotions are shipped using any available shipping methods at the discretion of TJMC. Most orders will ship via FedEx Ground, SmartPost or USPS.
How does Free Shipping work?
Typically, free shipping promotions apply only to those orders shipping within the United States. If you qualify for free shipping, the 'Free Shipping' shipping method will be available to you during check out. In addition, you can forgo the free shipping option and choose an expedited option at any time. TJMC typically ships with FedEx SmartPost and USPS First Class & Priority Mail during our Free Shipping promotions. However, we will occassionally use FedEx Ground, for higher weight orders. TJMC reserves the right to use any available shipping method when Free Shipping is chosen by the customer.
SHIPPING & HANDLING TIME
FedEx orders usually ship within 2 business days. Handling for international orders can take up to 5 days for manual processing before orders are given to FedEx for delivery. For expedited handling on FedEx orders, you must contact us at 800.333.6506
FedEx is our preferred shipping carrier. We provide tracking and guarantee orders shipped via FedEx. We do not accept PO Boxes.
What shipping methods are used for Standard Shipping?
We use a variety of shipping methods.
Why hasn't my order shipped?
There a couple of reasons why your order may not have immediately shipped.
If a title/resource has gone to back order we will contact you and with the specifics as to when we anticipate shipment and work with you as to what serves you best.
If you have purchased a pre-sale item, The John Maxwell Co. is bound by contract with the publisher to ensure the title is not shipped before its sheduled relaese date. In addition, if your order includes any additional resources with the pre-sale item all resources will ship at the time of the pre-sale release.
Where can I track my order?
You can track the status of your order by logging on to your account.
The handling times and preferred carrier above also apply to international orders. The shipping fees associated with your order do not include charges for customs clearance and any applicable brokerage charges. By placing your order, you agree to pay any applicable customs fees.
ORDERS & RETURNS
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Digital download purchases are non-refundable.
Where is my order history?
On June 1, 2016 The John Maxwell Company transitioned online shopping carts. We made our best effort to ensure all customer profiles and order history transferred to the new platform.

What is a DVD Training Kit?
DVD Training curriculum allows you to share the timeless principles in John's books to large groups and teams in an interactive setting. Each kit includes DVD training videos, a facilitator guide and a participant guide to follow along with as you learn together. You can purchase additional facilitator and participant guides in our store for larger groups here. DVD training kits are not for commercial use without written permission from TJMC. Is the entire book on this one MP3 disc?
Yes. No content is lost.
I can't get my digital items to play on an Apple product?
Make sure you have a media player application compatible with Apple products, i.e. Quicktime.
Can I download the MP3-CD onto my devices?
Yes. Instructions are available if needed.
Why is there only one disc on a MP3-CD?
The MP3-CD has a high storage capacity.
Will a MP3-CD work in my car CD player?
Yes, think of it like a traditional CD.
Why is the MP3 Audio Book cheaper than the normal Audio Book?
Lower production costs allow the mp3 version to be cheaper than the audio book.
